Loch sa Leabharlann is an interactive talk and workshop on the habitats and species found in Waterford. Delivered by the NPWS Conservation Ranger, Éinne Ó Cathasaigh and WCCC Biodiversity Officer, Marina Mulligan, we will bring you on an exploration of habitats across the county and their connections to our cultural heritage. 45-minute interactive presentation on ecology, the Irish names for some of our unique habitats and species and the connections of Gaeilge with nature. Followed by a chance to get up close to some of the species found in our rivers and along the shorelines of Waterford. This event is designed for all ages with a curiosity in nature and it's links with our language. All ages welcome.
