On the occasion of the European Heritage Days, we invite you to Beaune for an exceptional weekend! Discover the City of Climats and Wines of Burgundy, a unique place dedicated to the culture and history of Burgundy wines, thanks to an original program:

• Saturday, September 20 at 3 pm, participate in an exceptional one-hour meeting with the architect Emmanuelle Andreani to discover the fascinating history of the construction of the City (included in the ticket price). During this exchange, you will discover the secrets and challenges of this large-scale project, as well as the eco-responsible characteristics of this building already awarded internationally.
  • Sunday 21 September at 11 am, 12 pm, 2 pm, 3 pm, 4 pm and 5 pm, take advantage of flash guided tours on the architecture of the City (included in the ticket price). In connection with the theme of architectural heritage, discover the particularities of the building’s construction;
  • continuously throughout the weekend, take a multisensory tour route, entirely dedicated to the history of Burgundy wines. The children will enjoy a fun and immersive course, designed especially for them. The preferential rate ticket includes tasting a wine or grape juice. Children can complete their visit with a game booklet, exceptionally offered. If they discover the word mystery, a surprise awaits them;
  • continuously throughout the weekend, participate in an artistic animation with your family and give life to your imagination through various creative techniques. Your goal? Create the city of your dreams! A competition will be organized to reward the most beautiful drawing (included in the ticket price, mandatory presence of an accompanying adult);
  • continuously throughout the weekend, participate in the activity 'Apprentice architect – Construction of mini-cabottes'. In the tour route, discover a space dedicated to construction! Young and old alike will be able to test their talents as architects by creating a miniature wooden cabotte using plans provided (included in the ticket price, presence of an accompanying adult mandatory);
  • continuously throughout the weekend, discover the exhibition Cuvée urbaine – 2nd edition Mister Pee – From roots to nectar. La Cité hosts an unprecedented artistic exhibition, featuring a hybrid character, half-man, half-plant. Through a visual and symbolic journey, follow its evolution, from its birth in fertile soil to its transformation into nectar, mirroring the cycle of the vine and wine.
