Visit of Terra Numerica
France has a remarkable scientific, technological and industrial heritage, which testifies to the rich and diverse history of computer science. The conservation of this heritage is today spread throughout the territory and ensured by private, public or associative actors. On the occasion of the European Heritage Days 2025, a group of stakeholders are joining forces to propose a rich program around the discovery of computer science and its history. Located in the Sophia Antipolis technopole in Valbonne, Terra Numerica Sophia is an emblematic place for spreading digital science culture to the greatest number of people and is supported by the CNRS, Inria and the Université Côte d'Azur with the support of the Commune. With more than 300 scientific events per year, Terra Numerica offers an original, attractive and unique device for the culture of digital sciences. A place of sharing, meetings and conviviality between digital stakeholders (academics, teachers, schools, the general public, companies) to discover on this occasion. Book
