Our 2nd event of National Heritage Week on Sunday August 24th, Connecting People & Place Part 2 is "Three dimensionally". Two displays in both print and digitally will focus on two local collections, most of which have never been seen publicly. Surviving documents and photographs from the Craig Waller Estate Allenstown Co Meath 1700-1940 Surviving documents from the 19th century drainage contractor William Fox from Rathmore Co Meath.1870-1890 Families are also invited to take a walk down local lanes fondly known locally known as Bradys & Callaghan’s Lane, often used as a short cut to the local school Both lanes are quite close to Bohermeen community Centre C15 XW97 where our displays are taking place.
