Here in Farmleigh we regularly pay tribute to our Japanese community by exploring, sharing and showcasing Japanese Art, Culture and Practices. Our Guide will offer an introduction to Shirun yoku – Forset Bathing, with a mindful walk and talk to connect with nature through the trees in Farmleigh woods for relaxation and well being.
