Nenagh Castle dates back to the 13th Century, It was built by Theobald FitzWalter and served as the main seat of the Butler family until 1391. Climb the 101 steps to the top for the most beautiful panoramic views of Nenagh and surrounding areas. Nenagh Castle is Open: Tuesday to Saturday, 10am to 1pm and 2pm to 4pm (last entrance 3.45pm). Entry is Free.
