Aperçu

At the beginning of the 16th century in Dambach, Hans, a young son from a poor family, grew up between his father’s dreams of justice and the prevailing misery, like so many other "little people". As religious and political tensions intensify, a revolution is brewing: the oppressed, carried by the evangelical message, dream of overthrowing the powerful. Carried by the momentum of his youth, Hans engages fervently in this fight for a more just world. This tale told and musical mixes the small story with the big one, on the traces of the Peasants' War of 1525. The voice of the storyteller alternates with that of Hans, carried by an immersive sound atmosphere. Traditional Alsatian music, enriched with improvisations, give the show its historical and emotional depth. Benoît Kormann — storyteller Gilles Pequignot and Danyèle Besserer—musician does not Informations Audience: Adult, child from 10 years old
