1. What does heritage mean to you?
For me, heritage is basically everything from the past that still matters today, especially here in Burgos. It’s things like the Cathedral, old streets, traditions, and local food. It helps us understand where our city comes from and why it’s the way it is now.

2. What do you know about European heritage?
European heritage is really mixed because Europe has been around for a long time. You can find Roman ruins, medieval castles, churches, and old cities everywhere. A lot of what we see today comes from wars, religion, and how people lived hundreds of years ago, and Burgos is part of that history.

3. What European history can you find in the heritage around you (Burgos)?
In Burgos, European history is everywhere. The Cathedral is a good example of Gothic style, which you can also see in other European countries. The Camino de Santiago goes through Burgos too, and people from all over Europe used to come here, so the city was a meeting point for different cultures. In the Middle Ages, Burgos was really important, and you can still see that in its buildings.

4. What is the most interesting thing about your local heritage?
The best thing is that it’s part of everyday life. You walk past the Cathedral, hang out in old squares, and eat local food like morcilla without really thinking about it. All of that makes Burgos feel different from other cities and gives it its own personality.
