The Language of Stones
Armenia is known to the whole world as the land of stones. Our mountains, hills, ancient fortresses, and monasteries are all built of stone, and each stone holds within it the memory of thousands of years.
We, the children of our village, want to listen to the language of these stones and, through them, tell the story of our nature’s beauty and the spirit of our village.
What We Are Planning to Do
We will collect stones of different shapes and colors from around our village.
Using these stones, we will create images that reflect the view of our village—its nature, historical sites, and the life that surrounds us.
Every stone will become a small part of our artwork, like a tiny heartbeat that we express through creativity.
Our Big Dream
We have a dream: to open an art center in our village, where we, the children, can give new life to stones.
Here, every stone will speak the language of art— becoming a sculpture, an image, a story, or a symbol.
This center will be a place where stones become creations, children become artists,
and the village becomes a living museum where culture and nature come together.
We believe that even the smallest stone has its own story, and we can be the ones to continue it.
Through our project, we want to show that every stone in our village has a voice, and that we can transform that language into art, beauty, and soul.
And we want everyone who sees our work to feel that “Stones speak, and we listen.”
