The one-day event includes a costumed educational lecture Breakfast with the Countess, expert castle tours with emphasis on the Baroque period, a fair of traditional crafts and an art workshop on drawing Baroque ornaments. During the event, visitors can also view the exhibition Towards the Lace Festival, which shows the development and use of lace through history, as a reference to the 29th International Lace Festival in Lepoglava. Trakošćan Castle with its layered architectural development contextualizes the program as an example of heritage space where architecture, cultural identity and contemporary interpretive approaches are combined.
