Sabemos que las hierbas medicinales se utilizaban en la antigüedad. Pero, ¿desde cuándo se sirve de ellas el ser humano? Nuestros ancestros echaban mano de las plantas del entorno para alimentarse y curarse, y les daban diferentes utilidades: la alimentación, la medicina, los ritos… No cabe duda de que las hierbas medicinales han tenido una gran importancia a lo largo de los siglos, que hay que valorar su utilidad y que, gracias a su transmisión, conocimiento y empleo, han llegado hasta nuestros días. De la mano de Mentxu Amunategi, aprenderemos a conocer y utilizar las hierbas de nuestro entorno. Como las amamas, trituraremos las plantas, las pondremos al fuego y prepararemos un ungüento.
