There is no doubt about the importance of oral transmission in relation to the world of txakoli. A txakoli tradition transmitted from generation to generation in generation, which made it possible to keep alive this wine. Txakoli is very special in our cultural and gastronomic heritage and also well known and valued internationally. 
The talk will also include testimonies from different people who know first hand this tradition. At the end we will offer a txakoli tasting.
