Municipal schools related to education and training children and young people in Igorre and in the area of Arratia in general, neighborhood schools created by the Provincial Council, religious and monastic schools, private educational institutions and some of Arratia's pioneering teachers will be the subjects and conference protagonists.

Some teaching materials will also be shown and explained at written by an Arratian author towards the end of Franco's regime, in the context of the beginning of the ikastola movement
