Gradski muzej Karlovac (Karlovac City Museum) organised the educational program titled “Podigni pogled” (Raise Your Eyes) dedicated to the architectural heritage of the city of Karlovac.  Following the principles of the Council of Europe Framework Convention on the Value of Cultural Heritage for Society, better known as the Faro Convention (2005), the program activities promote a direct interaction between the local community and heritage by means of interdisciplinary workshops, guided tours around the city centre with an emphasis on the residential architecture and presentation of the results.
