Oulart Hill Biodiversity Walk
A guided biodiversity walking tour of Oulart Hill and its environs. The walk will follow the path of the Jean Kennedy Smith walk which is roughly 4.5Km in length. The looped walk is a mixture of road and off road and would require moderate fitness (we will be going at a slow pace though).
The walk will start in the village opposite the church and go along the road down into Lower Oulart, up Bessy Breen's lane and up and over the hill and then back down along the road into the village and the starting point. We will take in the scenery along with any flora, fauna and fungi along the way.
Suitable walking shoes (although no rough terrain or climbing) and suitable clothing for the weather on the day.
