Come along to one, or indeed all, of these information gathering events where Project Lead, Carol Smyth will record your boxty story, from the way it was made, to the variety of ingredients used. Boxty making is a skill that will die out if we don't record this sort of detail and that's why your help is needed, to add to the boxty story. Tell your parents, siblings, your neighbors, everyone! Even if you've never heard of boxty, you're sure to learn something, so come along.
