Welcome to The Moville Heritage Experience V - Hidden in Plain Sight.

Rendezvous at St Eugene's Hall for a leisurely interactive walk and talk along the Moville water's edge.

Open to all ages and backgrounds, this gently paced, easy grade walking experience is a unique opportunity to discover the extent of the close relationships and biodiversity within, and between, picturesque Moville's coastal structures and its natural heritage habitats and their ecology.

See this place through new eyes during this fascinating walk and talk.

Led by Irish SPAB Scholar*: Justin McAteer, Structural Engineer in Conservation; with Dr Trish Murphy, Zoologist and Biodiversity Expert, this experience reveals a place teeming with ecology and biodiversity, tucked away in the structural nooks and crannies of all kinds of built and natural heritage.
This event is #5 of 6 guided walking experiences on offer in Moville and environs, throughout Saturday 24th August, as part of Heritage Week.

Depending on your curiosity and energy levels, you are free to participate in up to 3 of these.

Since numbers are strictly limited, please register in advance for each walk, separately, on Eventbrite.

Please gather at St Eugene's Hall, James' Street, Moville for a 15:30pm departure.

A shuttle bus will return the group to the hall.

To avoid congestion, we ask that you, please, do NOT park at Carrickarory Pier.

This is an easy grade walk covering approximately 2km.

Please DO bring your own water bottle AND come prepared for the forecasted weather, wearing comfy walking shoes.

We will have very limited access to public toilets in the course of this walk.
