Join Dr Patrick Gleeson, Senior Lecturer: School of Natural and Built Environment at Queens University Belfast, on 19th August from 19:30 to 20:30 here at the Visitor Centre on the Hill of Uisneach. Dr Gleeson will deliver a talk on Ritual, Religion and Kingship of the 'Royal Sites' of Ireland, in later prehistory. With the 6 Irish Royal Sites up for tentative UNESCO World Heritage Status, Patrick's talk will be most interesting and will help us understand even further, the importance of these sites. This is a free event hosted by the Hill of Uisneach and Westmeath Heritage.
