By discovering the buildings(ships) which followed one another on the site, of antiquity in the XXth century, the visitor goes back up(raises) the thread(wire) of time(weather). Quay(Platform) of the port(bearing) of ancient Lutetia, Gallo-Roman establishment of public baths, wall of surrounding wall(speaker) of the beginning of the IVth century, basement of the old(former) chapel of the Hôtel-Dieu, medieval rests of the New street - Notre-Dame, foundations of the home of the Children - Found, drawn by the Haussmanian sewers: the past, ancient, medieval and classic, saw again(revised). Reviving the memory of one of the most old(former) Parisian districts, the Crypt shows how the city, for more than two thousand years, did not cease rebuilding on itself.
