The Mill of Veyssière, which works thanks to the water of Vern for the XVIth century, is before any a family history(story): in the family Elias since 1857, seven millers' generations followed one another there. Producing some walnut oil and hazelnuts, the mill is a place of life and of division(sharing), the visit of the mill will make you travel between history(story) and gastronomy.
