Since autumn on 2004, the Reports institute of contemporary edition(publishing) (IMEC) installed(settled) all activities at the heart of the historical monument of the abbey of Ardenne, the third abbey of the caennaise town(conglomeration). He(It) gathers(collects) there, preserves and emphasises Archives Collections and studies devoted to the main publishing companies, to the magazines(reviews) and to the different actors of life of the book and of contemporary creation. Cultural programme planning(programming) proposed by the Institute is translated in particular by literary meetings and exhibitions(exposures), she accompanies at once Archives Collections and editorial actuality.
