At an altitude of more than 700 metres, the Château de Quéribus projects its elegant silhouette above a superb panorama, from the sea to the Pyrenees. The last bastion of the Cathar resistance, then a fortress bordering France, it is one of the best examples of defensive architecture of the Cathar Country. Its majestic Gothic hall and its exceptional state of conservation are unique in these citadels of vertigo.

Parking gratuit au pied du château, puis 10 mn de marche sur un sentier aménagé. Château non accessible aux personnes à mobilité réduite.
