Installed since its creation in 1963 in the bastion Saint-André, fortification built by Vauban at the end of the seventeenth century, the Museum of Archaeology gathers archaeological discoveries, terrestrial but also sub-marine, allowing to retrace the history of Antibes during Antiquity. Ceramics, amphorae, mosaics, coins and everyday objects bear witness to the rich past of the ancient Antipolis.
