History: Madame GEORGES CATOIRE, residing at the Chateau "Les Biussonnets" had this vast chapel built near her home in recognition of its protection during the Second World War. The architecture: Rectangular in plan, under a roof with two slopes, it presents a superb facade with vast gable with sparrows, while that of the chevet is with two slopes. Its monumental façade in the Flemish neo-regionalist style opens onto a wide pointed arch, in cream-tone painted cement. Two small dormers open on either side of the roof. The exterior decor is given by the materials; brick, tiles, painted cement and wrought iron; four volute anchors leading the gaze to the imposing cross that crowns the building. The chapel has a small wrought iron bell tower also supporting a bell. The interior is quite sober, a tiled floor, the exposed brick on the walls, a paneling for the ceiling, a large altar table and two sconces to support the devotional lamps.
