In the XVIIIth century s., the nobility and the high - bourgeoisie of Strasbourg, attracted by the charm of the green village of Robertsau, establish "Güeter" (villas) there. In 1784 there was 45 in a village of 256 homes(foyers) there. The villa " Kaysersguet " is a part of these holidays.
