In the heart of the historic center of Tulle, the city of accordion and heritage is installed in the building of the former Bank of France, completely transformed to accommodate collections and visitors. More than a museum, the city is a place of discovery and sharing around the history and know-how of the city. Three permanent routes are offered to visitors between discovery of the accordion, lace poinct of Tulle and history of the Manufacture d'armes.

Nous recommandons aux visiteurs de stationner au parking Saint-Pierre situé à 10 minutes à pied de la cité. Parking gratuit le samedi, fermé le dimanche. En se garant au parking Saint-Pierre, deux heures de stationnement vous sont offertes. Ne pas oublier d'emporter avec vous votre ticket de parking pour le valider sur la borne située à l’accueil de la cité. Autre solution de stationnement : la place Martial Brigouleix, avec sa gratuité pendant deux heures une fois par jour et par véhicule, est à seulement 11 minutes à pied de la cité.
