Aperçu

The Groupement des Maisons Ouvrières, created in 1899, became a foundation of public utility in 1906 and is named after its benefactor, Amicie Lebaudy. One of the vocations of the board of directors of the time was to fight against unsanitary housing while leading a reflection on the quality of the architecture and the techniques of the building. The remarkable Art Nouveau building built in 1908 presented as part of this heritage day allows to discover an ambitious achievement. History and anecdotes on the program.
