The wine business was the first economic activity of Sucy-en-Brie in the 17th and 18th centuries. Three vines on about 18 ares (1250 feet, and 3 main grape varieties) were replanted in 1985\\. During this visit, you will discover both the history of the vineyard in Sucy, its different grape varieties and seasonal work, and in particular the techniques related to pruning.
