Surrounded with a protective orchard grouping(including) about forty varieties of different cherries, the Ecomuseum is on distiller's old(former) domain dating of 1829\\. Museum of France and registered Historical monument, it proposes a socioeconomic discovery of Fougerolles around the production of cherry and of alcohol. As a continuous-flow journey (of life), visit takes you on the tracks of home distillers and of distillers who made of Fougerolles the city(estate) the Kirschwasser. Relive 150 years of techniques, of customs and local traditions!
