KulTurFest is a contemporary art program that brings together young Croatian artists with a focus on sculpture. The program promotes active participation of the artistic profession in social life, planning, and space design. By directly intervening in the space, placing sculptures at agreed locations in parks and promenades in the City of Velika Gorica, it will show how art can enrich and make the space planned and meaningful.
