The Observatoire de la Ville is a furnished terrace, a viewpoint overlooking the commune, to apprehend the city as a unit of constructions on a human scale, learn to decipher its organization, physical and social history. This project aims to make urban knowledge available to citizens, which the demands and emergencies of everyday life do not allow to cultivate.
