The legendary establishment "Hôtel du Nord" had escaped total destruction in 1995 thanks to a petition led by the actor Jean Claude Brialy, and the Parisians and Parisians in love with their city, of the bistro, of the cinema which managed to classify its facade to the historical monuments of Paris. We are very moved to take back in hand the destiny of mythical place that is forever part of our French historical and cultural heritage, in the heart of the Canal St-Martin. The team of La Rétropolitaine, led by actor and restaurateur Florian Cadiou with his associates, Carlos Manuel Eisler, Justin Boucher and Sébastien Crozier, Its mission is to re-brand the heart of this historic Parisian establishment still very present in the unconscious of the French, and which links two exciting worlds: the cinema and the bistro.
