Founded in 1942, the Oulibo Cooperative is currently the largest olive-growing cooperative in the Aude department. After the 1956 frost which decimated French olive growing, the Oulibo continued to perpetuate the cultivation of olive trees in the Aude. It receives olives from 3 departments: Aude, Hérault, Pyrénées Orientales. From fruit to oil, discover the work of olive growers, millers… and follow all the steps of processing, all the way to the shop of our producers.
