The former convent of the Discalced Carmelites was built in the 18th century, including the chapel, a cloister with three galleries and a refectory. The French classical style was built from 1663 to 1707\\. In the 19th century, the convent was assigned to the Sisters of Saint-Charles de Lyon who built a new building to close the cloister. The present College of Providence now occupies the premises.
