Installed since the eighteenth century in the Hotel du Dauphin where was signed the so-called Peace of Longjumeau in 1562, the Municipal Museum of History & Archaeology presents a quality collection. The results of the archaeological excavations, undertaken for more than thirty years by the association Renaissance et Culture, occupy an important place. The museum also houses collections from the former owner of the site, Dr Cathelin, a prominent urologist who died in 1960 at the age of 86.
