The museum traces the history of French paratroopers from their creation to the present day, as paratroopers have been involved in all conflicts since the Second World War. The Paratroopers Museum is both a museum of Army tradition and a national ensemble representative of the past and present of the French airborne troops. As the custodian of the identity of these troops, its mission is to make known their history, traditions, spirit and topicality.
