From feudal site to family home, today remains a homogeneous construction of the 17th and 18th centuries, as well as an English garden with a cooler. The castle hosted the Command Post of Colonel Polidori who commanded the 53rd Senegalese Mixed Colonial Infantry Regiment during the fighting of June 1940\\. A stele is affixed to the wall of the castle.
