Inaugurated in 2016, the museum commemorates the arrival of Chinese workers in France from 1912 to 1927 with Montargis as the first city to sign the agreement between the two countries. This museum recalls the adventure of the association Travail-Etudes which allowed 4000 young Chinese to come to work and study in France. Cai Heisen and Deng Xiaoping were part of the trip and played an important role in the creation of the Chinese Communist Party in France.
