Narrated and sung walk in the Grandes Landes of Trébédan
Between the valleys of the Arguenon and the Rance, west of Dinan, hidden along a small departmental of the Côtes d'Armor, the Grandes Landes de Trébédan constitute a space both natural and resulting from peasant work. Indeed, the moors were born of human clearing over several centuries; they have always been at the center of virtuous relations between the peasants, their flock and the landscape. Accompanying animals for grazing, mowing of gorse transformed into litter and fuel, harvesting of the mill and the drone for basketry… , so many activities that shaped the Grandes Landes de Trébédan and that lasted until the agricultural modernization of the 60s and 70s. The volunteers of the association Bretagne Vivante have now replaced the peasants of yesteryear, in order to maintain the landicole character of this piece of land.
