For Doors Open Days designer and goldsmith Patricia Niemann is opening her studio and showroom to the public.
The showroom is based in a historic post office, which still has features from the past and is part of a historic coach inn building from the 1750s. The geography of the setting at the bottom of a steep valley, then as now a challenging trade route location, can still be experienced and understood today, when one stops in Berriedale.
There is a low threshold step (height 8cm) at the entrance. The door width for access is 80cm. There is a thin layer of gravel between the car park and the front door, which may make access with thin wheelchair tyres difficult. While there is car parking space, we ask that you only use the car park during your actual visit to the venue
