Overview:
We are an exciting heritage project which tracks down, researches and archives fast disappearing signs around the city. We have created walking tours and maps that showcase the fascinating stories we have unearthed to share with you!
Ghost Signs are vital to the fabric of Glasgow's urban landscape, they are fading signs that represent establishments which no longer exist, and help us to better understand the economic, architectural, social and cultural atmosphere of the Glasgow to which these signs belong.
