21 September 2025 (11:00 - 15:00)
Join us for a special in-person event as part of Glasgow Doors Open Day, where you'll get a rare opportunity to step behind the doors of the studios at Rogart Street Campus. Wander through our creative spaces, meet the artists, makers, and small business owners who bring the building to life, and discover the fascinating variety of work that happens here every day.
From printmakers, illustrators, and artists to organic skincare producers, designers, and upholsterers, the First Floor Collective is home to a rich and diverse community. This is your chance to explore their workspaces, see works-in-progress, and hear the stories behind their craft and businesses.
Throughout the day, there will be opportunities to try your hand at some of the techniques we use—whether it’s pulling a print, experimenting with calligraphy, or learning natural skincare making.
Take your time to explore at your own pace, chat with the creatives, and soak in the atmosphere of this vibrant, working studio space. And when you’re ready for a break, pop downstairs to Garlic & Thyme, our on-site restaurant, for a cuppa or a bite to eat to recharge before continuing your visit.
We look forward to welcoming you in and sharing the creativity, collaboration, and small business energy that make the First Floor Collective truly special.
