As part of the European Heritage Days, the Maison des Métallos is offering the fifth edition of its Balade des Communs. This event invites the inhabitants and curious ones to meet those who bring life and move the neighborhood. Through five thematic paths, the Commons Walk promotes collective initiatives, shared spaces and citizen dynamics that contribute to the well-being of everyone in the north-east of Paris.
This event is part of the will of the House of Steelworkers to support local commitment, strengthen links between actors in the territory and to discover the richness of urban Commons, by highlighting the diversity of associations, workshops, cultural places and shared spaces that animate the 10th, 11th and 20th arrondissements.
### Route 3: Inhabit the Common
This tour invites you to explore architecture and collective life through a preview visit of the exhibition Rives from Ilanit Illouz and Vincent Lemaire to the Transfo, cultural centre of Emmaüs Solidarité established in an emergency accommodation center.
It continues with a visit to the shared habitat of the Lavoir du Buisson Saint-Louis, punctuated by a projection.
This route highlights the diversity of forms of housing and collective organization in the neighborhood.
