🌿 Workshop for the recognition of wild edible plants & tasting

During a guided walk on the site of the Port des Salines, learn to identify the typical wild edible plants from the edges of salt marshes. 🔍 The workshop will also focus on the nutritional quality of these plants, often unknown but rich in benefits. 🍴 The walk will be followed by a tasting of three individual bites, prepared from the plants recognized during the workshop.
