Josette & Mustapha
There are stories that the puppets tell with a humanity more than human. Here, that of Josette, an octogenarian full of life and gaps in memory who escaped from her EHPAD. With Mustapha, her philosopher cat, a bit provocative, Josette takes us on a gentle journey in the footsteps of her past, her childhood during the war, her emancipation as a young woman, her militant commitments, her brief passage in EPHAD.... but also his daily life. With the puppeteers who accompany him, we gradually enter into his intimacy, to the point of sharing his doubts and wanderings. This show seeks to share what makes us happy, what brings us together and binds us. It shows with tenderness and poetry the strength and letting go of those who reach the end of their life.
