During Heritage Days, come and discover the Brussels City Hall through its free videoguide! Immerse yourself in the heart of the City Hall of Brussels and let yourself be transported back through the centuries thanks to an interactive experience. As soon as you arrive on the Grand-Place, you'll be captivated by the imposing silhouette of this emblematic building, a jewel of Gothic architecture. In 23 different steps, around the bend of a monumental staircase, a precious cabinet or a room well known to the people of Brussels, this tour will take you from one era to another, retracing nearly 6 centuries of history. You can explore the City Hall at your own pace with the help of your videoguide. The «Adult Route» presents a complete historical overview (even more extensive than the traditional guided tours) and enables you to discover everything there is to know about the City Hall, its works, and an overview of Belgian and Brussels history. The «Family Route» is presented in a more entertaining way, with a less complex level of information while retaining the same content. It is aimed at children aged 6 to 12, but of course parents can watch it too! Games appear throughout the visit, allowing you to collect puzzle pieces which reveal a surprise on the screen at the end of the tour. Visits must be accompanied by a videoguide. Tickets will be available from 15 August. No flash photography allowed.
