6 September 2025 (11:00 - 16:00) Free distillery tours (approx. 30 mins) between 11-4pm. Join us at Nunton Steadings Visitor Centre, home to North Uist Distillery, to learn about our distillery, the distillation process, Downpour Gin, whisky and island life. The tour includes a visit to our new production hall and a taste of our new make spirit. For those interested in the 2025 Doors Open Days theme, our tour will include stories about the Nunton Steadings building that dates back to the 1700s. Building fully accessible, however there is limited access to the production hall. Mezzanine deck unsuitable for wheelchairs or those with limited mobility. Children welcome if accompanied by an adult.
