Guided tour of the manor
This tour will take you to meet a manor and its architectural heritage with an exceptional history: that of an eclectic style building dating from the second half of the 19th century, from its construction until its renovation today. This remarkable listed building obtained the Heritage Foundation label in March 2024 and is surrounded by the best craftsmen specialized in historical monuments for restoration. It is a construction in mud bricks, unique for its scale and function, as well as in clay bricks for the surrounds, drawn on an almost perfect square plan of 20 m x 20 m, on 2 levels (800m2 in total). All of its decorative elements are remarkable, unique and still present (including exceptional plastered ceilings), in a state oscillating between intact and terribly damaged. The whole is being renovated. Outbuildings (stables, pleasure loft, kennel, chicken coop, pillars with remarkable fire pots) decorate the park and its collection of remarkable singular trees. For the restoration, the project manager recommended a moving restitution to preserve the history and legibility of the building: a mansion in the countryside, a manor with all its codes still intact that stands out for its modernity. On the occasion of the European Heritage Days 2025, the guided tour will give you access to rooms still unrenovated which are currently closed to the public. A vintage car will also be displayed in the park. Informations Single rate of 5 € (instead of 12 €). Limited to 20 people per visit. The visits are staggered all day from 10:00, the last one starts at 17:00\. It is possible to book directly on the site (from 15/08). Book
