Portrait of the city: Cavaillon in monuments (1st-21st centuries)

Like a Chinese portrait, the Municipal Archives propose to look at the city in a different way while questioning the notion of heritage. Through buildings and monuments - unavoidable or more unexpected, but all markers of a story - is composed a "portrait of the city", made up of places of power or spirituality, but also places of life, work and exchanges. This architectural heritage like no other constitutes a landmark for the collective memory and says the uniqueness of a city: Cavaillon. Accessibility
