This poetic fresco by Guillaume Bottazzi, in shades of blue, marks the entrance to the city by boat. It is located in the heart of the historic center of Martigues, which has the label "City of art and history". This painting is located on the seafront, in the heart of the old town of Martigues. It was in 2018, in the Île district, that the artist created this 10-meter high painting. Done in oil paint, with shades of blue, the work is received with astonishment and enthusiasm by the inhabitants. This abstract creation aroused the imagination of residents who, unfamiliar with abstract art, sought to find a representation for it.
